Re: Ring doorbell speaker volume very low if answered ring from Galaxy s10+

It happened to me when I switch phones.

What I did was uninstalled the ring app.

Rebooted the phone and reinstalled the ring app.

Set up the Doorbell from The beginning

And it worked.

I found that I can't use the upgrade of the "time line option" so I turned that to off.  For some reason the timeline option interferes with the speaker volume. Hopefully that will be fixed soon because I like using that option.

***If you are using the timeline option I would try turning that off 1st to see if that solves the problem.

I own Ring Pro doorbell and battery-powered Ring 2, and I'm also facing this issue. Has anyone solved it? Nothing seems to work.
