After factory reset, Wifi and Bluetooth will not turn on.
With the pull down screen, if I press the Wifi logo, it turns light blue but will gray out after a few seconds. Bluetooth just stays gray when I press it.
In Settings -> Connections, I cannot turn Wifi or Bluetooth on, either. They stay gray for a few seconds, and then turn back off.
I did several factory resets, and Wifi could not be turned on during the phone setup process, either.
I'm facing the same problem. Doing a few network resets, wifi resets, Safe mode etc. helped get my Wi-Fi started. However my bluetooth still refuses to start.
