This is very wierd, but when ending a call, I move the phone from my ear and the screen remains black. Thus, I cannot end the call; no red phone icon to press. Sure, the other party can and does end the call, but that's not the point. The screen should light up the instant I remove the phone from my ear. Anyone else have this happen? Running Android 10.
Mine does the same thing! Only way I can end the call is pull the screen down and hit the 'end call' button that's there. Of course by the time I think of that, the other party has usually already ended the call.
