How do I get my phone fixed so I can do things on the network when I don't have wifi access.

All I can do is send phone calls and messages.

Hey @useratVlK3Uynu, I hope you are doing great.

 

Can you please provide me with the following information:

• Carrier

• Current baseband version (this can be found in: Settings>About phone>Software information

 

Also, you can try the following possible solutions: (follow them in order, 1 by 1 until the issue is resolved.)

• Reboot the device

• Network reset (Go to: Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings)

• If possible, re-activate your device. This process varies by carrier. The easiest way would to pull your Sim card out of the device while it is powered on. Then wait 10 seconds to re-insert it into the device. For carrier specific instructions, please provide the requested information above.
