On AT&T, after phone updated to One UI version 2.0 on 12/24/19 the phone failed to boot back into OS and was stuck at recovery screen. I had to wipe/factory reset phone.
Even though I reset it, I still had to enter my pin when logging in to reset up (this is a work phone, just bought in July). About an hour into reinstalling apps, it failed to recovery screen again. I repeated this a few times. Then I tried doing another reset from with the system, through settings, prior to setting up apps. This time I believe it actually did a full wipe, cleared cache. I've tried not restoring my prior profile and only installing the bare minimum apps I need for work - it will still fail to recovery screen in less than a day. Anything else I can do?
