Running this command will disable it on your phone:
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.fmm

I did ADB stuff years ago, so I'm a little rusty.
But it involves plugging your phone into a PC, and dowloading and running ADB (a programmers tool) on your computer.
The download is available at the trustworthy XDAdevelopers site.

That worked! Thank you

So it appears I have to use bixby to run a command and I've never used bixby I've disabled it entirely and I won't use it. So I guess the option is just to get rid of Samsung you pricks

Ok so I contacted customer services and their advice to me was that I should turn off "find my mobile" app.
Go to Biometrics and Security, scroll down until you see Find My Mobile and turn it off. Apparently this should stop the notifications for the "offline finding" feature.
Not ideal as I wanted the normal features but it will have to do for now.
The customer service agent explained that this is a new bug that they havn't yet solved with the developers.

This does not work, this is already disabled on my phone and I'm still receiving the messages.

Hey,
Try opening the find my mobile app. Turn it off. Select the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the page. Select notification. Turn off the category New features. I don't know if this will stop them but it might be worth a shot.
Best regards,
CLF
