I think this samsung care+ program is some kind of BS. Excuse my language but it's very frustrating that I was trying to enroll my device since monday and samsung just kept billing me 15 cents and return an error message. When I'm trying to get help, no one can. They keep giving me a bunch of phone number when I call all I have is a robot that block me from getting human help because my "Phonr number is not associated with any care+ program account". In years using samsun devices, I thought you guys were better than Apple but my experience today just open my eyes and put you in the same box.
