Samsung tech claims they found a third party screen on my phone
I have a Galaxy s10 that developed a bubble under the screen near the front camera and warping under the screen along the top edge. The device is in warranty so I sent it back to Samsung for an assessment and repair.
They got back to me this afternoon saying they found a third party screen on the device and that repair would be an out of pocket expense. Now, I find that really hard to swallow has I have absolutely not had the screen replaced since buying the device. I've asked them to escalate the assesment and am waiting for them to get back to me. Has anything like this happened to anyone else and what was your outcome?
