Galaxy S10I have company portal app (device admin app) installed for accessing outlook of my work account. Due to this I'm unable to copy text which is the basic operations and couldn't capture any screenshot/screen recording stating security policy.
Same app works fine for copy and screenshot in other brands, it might be because of KNOX POLICY
Please help in resolving this.

It is not a Samsung issue but yes related to enterprise policy based on Knox. Because the devices are secured to prevent companies losing proprietary information, your company implemented the restrictions not Samsung. There is basic Knox on every recent galaxy phone yet you can copy text, do screenshot/screen recording. The restrictions you are seeing are from your company, & will not change.

I had the same restriction when I worked for a prolific banking institution.
There's NO "solution" for this, other than to remove the offending app(s) or quit : )
