Software bugs, no update received since sep 1

People thinks samsung improved over time, but still suck at software side. Got S10 amd still I am using software from sept 1 there is no patch no update. After so many tries to get Beta 10 never got through. I don't know if I made a mistake trusting samsung again. Better screen does not make better phone.

Hello,

 

I would recommend reaching out to your carrier regarding updates. Due to updates are released through the carriers and not Samsung.

This phone is bought from samsung not from any carrier. So I dont know if this is your solution for not giving updates, but you need to do your homework

I am experiencing the same thing. As well as "an error has occurred with the fingerprint sensor " have not had fingerprint sensor for a month I've done everything including 2 factory reset.
