Trade-in question

I ordered a Galaxy S10 on Samsung.com and certified that my old phone (an S8) turned on, would be factory reset and was free of cracks, for a $350 trade-in value. Of course in between that and actually sending my S8 back to Samsung, I got a small crack in the corner of my phone. I contacted customer service to see if they could adjust the terms of my trade-in but they couldn't (according to their trade-in calculator, a cracked screen would reduce the trade-in value to $200 instead of $350).  Will the trade-in evaluator give me the $200 credit? Or nothing because my phone doesn't meet the exact criteria I certified when I placed the order?

I don't have an answer but is the crack on the front or back? Because I want to trade in with a crack on the back

Front bottom corner.  I'm fine if they dock me from $350 to $200 for the trade-in but am worried they'll use the crack as an excuse to not give me anything since it was crack-free when I placed my order and I'll look like a liar
