Unable to Connect to Server - Shop Samsung App

Hey everyone,

I just downloaded the shop Samsung app from the Google Play store but it says it isn't able to connect to the server. I'm on the AT&T Galaxy S10+ 128GB on the latest update.

Anyone figure out a solution to this?

Hey @Samsung_XQ5fU7e, I'll start y asking the obvious, are you connected to data? Also, are you using any ad blokers?

 

You can also try uninstalling the app and then re-install it, that might resolve the issue.

Yes I am connected to WiFi. I will try and uninstall then reinstall the app and update if it works or not.

Looks like uninstalling/switching to cellular data fixed it. Thanks!
