Really disappointed in the way Samsung handled my inquiries.
It took 2 hours trying to find out why the YouTube premium offer did not show up on my cart and numerous chats and calls to Samsung service line. 3 different reps were of no help until one told me that the YouTube offer expired at 5pm! 5PM? Seriously?
I'm under the impression that June 30th ends at 11:59PM not 5PM! Ridiculous waste of time.
Samsung, next time learn the difference between the Jewish calendar that ends at sundown or the western calendar, which is used in business. Jerks!!!
