galaxy S10e Bluetooth not pairing for calls

A while back I disconnected bluetooth for calls. I kept available the music/media bluetooth use option.

 I now want to turn bluetooth calling back on, but my Galaxy S10e will only give me the option of connecting music/media to bluetooth. I try to go into my bluetooth settings and only media options come up on screen.

Help!

Settings>Apps>then find the 3 Dots or Lines at the top right of the screen and click on it. One option will be to "Show System Apps) click on this. Now scroll through and find Bluetooth in your Settings>Apps and change the permissions there.
