lock screen clock not showing

I've recently come across an issue i which the clock on my lock screen is no longer appearing. I've tried restarting my phone, I've tried changing it in settings, but all the options no longer have numbers either. Any help would be nice.

Have you tried changing the color of the clock? Perhaps the clock is black and hiding in the black background.
