need help showing tv on phone

Another attempt at getting help

The option to show the tv on my phone isn't showing 

TU7000 Crystal UHD TV

Samsung galaxy s10+ is the phone if it isn't obvious 

Btw the smart view part only let's the phone be on the tv

The first pic basically shows that showing the tv is a lie unless someone knows what's going wrong

well you can change smart views master slave relation ship to decide who's sending the image and who's watching it. smart view settings, in the app locate on your phone.

I just got done with support they said the tv isn't compatible and they will forward the ticket to the dev team so it hopefully can be compatible in a future update
