YT music or the newest software update makes my S10e have trouble opening and closing apps, and the keyboard has occasional trouble typing. Anyone else experience this? It also tells me the YT music consumes a lot of battery.
Thank you for reaching out. Do you experience these symptoms if you test your device in safe mode? If your phone is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe Mode feature. In Safe Mode, your phone won't run any third-party apps. I would also recommend force stopping and clearing the cache on your YT music app. Go to settings > apps > tap on YT music > tap on force stop > then tap on storage and tap on clear cache
