Thanks for your reply. The only thing I can see that "may" be a benefit is if someone has lots of Samsung devices and they want to play music across all those Samsung devices. I have a couple Samsung TV's but they have nothing to with my music.
As I mentioned, the Spotfiy app on the S20+ is convenient in that I can direct the sound to come out of my PC, Phone, Alexa, or some bluetooth speaker. So, I guess leaving things as is will be best.
Btw, for those interested I believe there is some promo going on where new Samsung phone owners get "some free Spotify"....I'm not sure for how long...
