What is the difference between 4G LTE speeds and high-speed data?

The difference between 4g LTE and Highspeed data is about the marketing strategy between carriers

they usually use Highspeed data on their plans but it is basically the same as 4g LTE or whatever generation they are using in your are but for more information about 4G LTE is the 4th generation of mobile data with a max theoretical speed of 675mpbs, For LTE " Long Term Evolution" with a theoretical speed of 1GBPS but it is all dependent of your carrier and their limitation.

 

Usually, for highspeed data they usually use it for HSPA+ Hispeed Packet Access is a form of 3G with the theoretical speed 168mbps which is significantly slower than the newer technology

 

as of now the latest technology for mobile standards is the 5g
