Galaxy S20There are several possible factors why sound is not playing from the headphones. It could be as simple as the volume is too low, or possible physical damage to the headphones.

Galaxy S20I went to the Samsung service center and they told me the problem is in the mobile it self , the c type socket is not reading any headphones,
And they didnt help , i am really angry on Samsung now
When I buy very expensive mobile and that happens its not acceptable

Galaxy S20Hi All,
I was promoted earlier today to update the firmware for the USB-C AKG headphones that came with my S20 5G.
Since running the update, the left earbud no longer works.
Is there any way to roll back the update / check to see if there's a fix published?
