About unlocking 5g bands for indian 5g carrier in USA mobile

 I  have galaxy S20 5g G98IV USA model mobile. Currently i am using this mobile in India with Indian 5g carrier. But 5g network bands are locked in my device .i contact indian 5g carrier about the issue. They said my mobile is from USA, and 5g network bands are locked in my mobile for indian 5g carrier. They suggest me to appeal a software update from samsung USA team to unlock 5g bands for indian 5g carrier. Sir. Can you provide me a software update to unlock 5g band so that i could use 5g in india

Carriers provision each device based on their own firmware versions. The ability to select network modes (like 5G) is a carrier limitation. Samsung cannot restore this option through a system update, your carrier is the only entity that would be able to do this for you. It might have something to do with a CSC profile conflict due to it being a US model trying to operate on an Indian carrier.

It might not be possible. That's what's I'm saying. Not without reflashing the device.

And if i changed csc from usa to indian csc will it enable 5g network band of india in my usa device

I just want to know are 5g network band comes inbuilt inside a firmware. If yes then i will install indian firmware

I don't know anything about firmware for India. It should, but you would need to confirm this information with someone with experience and knowledge in your country's and your carrier's policies, practices, and regulations.
