Last Friday I purchased a new Sansung Galaxy S20 in Bogota, Colombia. I was able to transfer all information from ols S9+ phone. The only thing I could not set up was the Yahoo Mail or Outlook Apps to access my ATT email account. I contacted the local support center and I was told that Sansung has not developed the interface with Yahoo software. I find this answer dificult to believe; have other users faced the same issue?

Thanks for confirming that yours work. I tried getting support locally in Colombia but once gaain they did not find the root cause. After trying several times I figured out what the problem was. To sign in on Yahoo Mail or outlook there is a 2 step process, on the first window you enter the email address, then the second one is an ATT window where you have to enter the email address again and the password. I realizaed that once I get to this second window the image was blury; for an unknown reason this window is enlarged , once I reduceit manually I could see it with the right resolution and could see the area where I have to enter the requested information; I entered and it worked. The problem is why the second window is automatically enlarged?
