Android 13 bricked phone!

Updated my s20 5g and my phone is unusable! All apps freeze and I have to go to my app tray, then back to the app in order to unfreeze it. I don't get notifications, I can't turn or restart my phone etc.

Strange, my phone is perfectly fine. Try going into recovery mode and wipe the cache and repair apps

Like system wide cache clear? I don't know how to do that

So to go into system reboot, make sure your phone is off. Press and hold volume down and the power button until the Samsung logo appears. From there a menu should appear. Use the volume to scroll and power to select. Go down to wipe cache, then repair app. If I'm not mistaken, once you hit repair, it should reboot .

This won't delete my phone data, correct? Like photos, apps, notes etc.

No, won't delete your data, photos, apps, & notes. They will be fine.

I did it and seems ok for now but the issues seems to come back after a few days. This all happened after upgrading to android 13 and One UI

Also make sure everything is updated, apps and the galaxy store
