Asurion has had no devices to fill my claim

it's been a month since I put my  premium care claim in with Asurion.  The message I received was that there is no stock available for the replacement phone and that I should call back EVERY day to see if the phone has come in?  I really trusted that it said samsung premium care but after multiple calls to Samsung  I can assure you they have nothing to do with this, the last agent I spoke to had no idea how to help and she was the escalation  path... There is no recourse in sight.... This is just awful. How can the latest Samsung be out of stock for a month? Why do I have to call in every day?   BTW, The contact the CIO  button on Asurion site goes to a chat bot - how ironic.

This has also happen to me going on 2 months now.
