Galaxy S20Hi everyone,
My S20 FE is completely dead - black screen.
Is there anyway to back up the data? It would be ideal to get it all but all I really need are my Samsung Notes?
I've tried using Samsung SmartThings Find but can't back anything up cause my phone is dead and not connected to WiFi.
Happened on a different account to the one I am posting on cause I can't access my old account due to 2FA.
Thanks in advance,

Galaxy S20Hi! Have you tried to back up your notes with Samsung Smart Switch, or does it require you to input the password?

Galaxy S20It just says "Connect your device to get started" even though my phone is connected to my PC, assumably because you usually have to confirm connection via your phone and I can't do that.

Galaxy S20Are you sure the device is charged up and powered on? If you believe so, and nothing is appearing on the pc, then there may be further internal damage.

Galaxy S20Absolutely charged and powered on. Had it charging through out the night and it went black as I walking this morning.
If there is internal damange, does that mean backing up data is impossible?

Galaxy S20I wouldn't say impossible. It would probably be best to take the device to a Best Buy or Ubreakifix store so that an employee can take a look and possibly repair the device or at the least try to extract the data stored on the device.

Galaxy S20Thanks for your help! I sort of expected this to happen soon but just hadn't got around to backing things up yet!
