Greetings. My Bixby on latest ver. 3.2.35.16 suddenly not refer to my nickname during our conversation starting on Nov 3rd and onward. Whenever we greeted each other, she just said like "Good morning, Nickname" or "Sure thing, Nickname".
I already set up mine as Mr. Fox, and also changed it multiple times to work around this issue, though Bixby kept referring me as "Nickname" unless I asked her to reconfirm or spell my nickname, then she got it right.
Is this a bug of some sort? Please let me know if I can work around this, even though it's not big of a deal 😄
Hello everyone. The worst and least case I could do is to remove Bixby then add her back again. I hope this is just a rare case and won't happen on one too many device. Will try whenever I am available.
Hope someone has similar experience like mine can explain or resolve my case better than my last ditch above. Thank you for reviewing my case.
