Bixby not available on my region?

My region is set in the US, I want to use Bixby on my Samsung Galaxy S20FE, but it says it isn't available in my region. That seems pretty odd to me.

Are you located in the United States? If not, Bixby might not be available based on your region's firmware regardless of what region you have it set to. Have you attempted turning off airplane mode, as well as your VPN? Seems like these could be the primary reasons you're having trouble.
