I just bought it used a few days ago, and it has been this way since then. It will connect to my Garmin GPS and my JVC car stereo., but will not recognize any of my headsets or other Bluetooth devices I have. I have been troubleshooting it many times from instructions found online and even with a chat session from Samsung. I cleared the cache, cleared data, did a factory reset, and safe mode. Nothing works
