Sorry, you're having trouble with your camera/videos. Have you tried wiping the cache?
To do this:
Make sure you turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
When the green Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “Wipe cache partition.”
Press the Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight “Yes” and press the Power key to select.
After the wipe cache partition is complete, the “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.
Have you tried running the device in safe mode yet to see if the symptoms persist? You can get your device in safe mode by following these steps.
1. Press and hold the power button until the power off, restart, and emergency mode appears.
2. On-screen press and hold the power off option for a couple of seconds until it changes to safe mode
3. Tap on the safe mode option and the device will reboot into safe mode
4. Use your device while in safe mode to test and see if these symptoms continue.
If it works in safe mode then it most likely is an app or software related issue.
