Camera

is anyone having a problem with their camera as when you take a picture with the flash it's a big blue light and it reflects into the lens so that's what you get some reason I got that today which is 417 mm 22 first time at my camera ever done that or anything and I did make sure the lens and the camera glass protector over the camera lens on the back was extra clean sorry the Samsung Galaxy s 20 ultra

Does this occur with all photos using the flash? Have you tested the camera in Safe Mode? 

 

  1. Turn the device off.
  2. Press and hold the Bixby / Power key past the model name screen appearing on the screen.
  3. When SAMSUNG appears on the screen, release the Bixby / Power key.
  4. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
  5. Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
  6. When Safe mode appears in the bottom left corner of the screen, release the Volume down key.
  7. While in Safe mode, you can now uninstall apps that are causing a problem.
