Galaxy S20When I am at home, my S20+ works great. However, when I leave my house, I can't connect to the regular (phone) network. Anyone else had this problem?

Galaxy S20Dear N2DUZ
Hope you are doing well.
May I ask who is your carrier and was your device activated on the carrier network? Also when you received your device there is a non-active sim card inside your device. You’ll have to switch over to your old sim card in order to receive service. If you’re o the sprint carrier, you will have to call Sprint customer service or take the device into a Sprint store so they can input the Device ID into your account before you can use the service.
Hope I was able to help and have a good day.

Galaxy S20Hello,
Is your S20+ an unlocked device or did you purchase it through your carrier?
If it's an unlocked device and you swapped your old sim into the new device it could be possibe you need a new sim card, which you can easily call your carrier to send you a new one.
If it's a carrier device you will have to call your carrier to assist you on how to activate your new device.
Hope this helps!

Galaxy S20Hi, I had similar but slightly different problems with my S20+ 5G. Please let us know if you issue is solved. In my case the phone loses internet connection to the 5G once in a while and cannot browse or access internet. As a short term solution, I changed the network to 3G and it worked perfectly.
I contacted T Mobile customer care and they told the SIM Card was the problem. Both the phone and sim were new, picked from TMOBILE store. So I changed the sim and the 5G connection improved. But now the internet connection is on/off even wireless internet. When I try to make calls via Skype or whatsapp or zoom, the other party cannot hear me after 3 mins for like 10 to 15 secs. I called again and spoke with samsung technician, and their solution was to reset the phone. I did that, erased everything but still, the issue is there. I am thinking of returning and picking another one. It could be an isolated case.
