Can only use biometric scan to unlock phone

I have my Bluetooth headphones as trusted security but with the latest update forces me to use biometric scan to unlock phone. This needs to be fixed.

can you give more detail? so your phone is asking for unlock everytime you connect to bluetooth?

I am suppose to unlock the phone automatically when connected to Bluetooth. it forces me to do biometric scan to unlock. the Bluetooth headset is a trusted device in security.

do you keep your bluetooth off?

i use buds+ and leave my bluetooth on all the time, and when i pull out them from the case, they get automatically connected.

if your bluetooth is off then you will have to turn it on and connect. While your phone is locked, it will not let you turn on bluetooth until you unlock the phone

no this happens with the Bluetooth on. its not acting like the head set is a trusted device.

oh,, then i have no idea..

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.

download the app, open, click + sign, then click error report.

they helped me a lot.
