Hello looking for help. I'm 2days now, not being able to receive messages.  I can send them, but not receive them. I was on the phone with Sprint-T-mobile, yesterday for over an hour and no resolution.  My phone recently had an update.  Not sure if that is contributing to the issue.  I have an S20. Anyone help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Please try installing Google carrier services and then reboot your phone

Open the Samsung messaging app and then click on the 3 lines and then click on settings and then the more settings option and then make sure all the multimedia options are turned on, if Samsung messaging app still isn't working properly then I would try installing Google messages

Goggle messaging seems to work extremely well with Rcs chat services and other features

I had the same exact problem about a month ago. It ended up being I had way too many text messages stored on the phone. (I never delete any) It was something like 30,000. Deleted them all and everything worked as usual.
