I can't complete diagnostics on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phone for the Speaker and Microphone..I get a message saying it's being used in a app to close the app and try again. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT APP IS USING THESE?
I suggest turning on developer settings. Please do not touch anything within those settings and I suggest to turn them off afterwards. But once you activate it open running services and see what is running in the background and start closing applications until your speaker and microphone start working in diagnostics and I suggest removing it off your device also afterwards so it doesn't do it again.
