Can't send or recieve pics with texts

Couldn't send or recieve pics so I bought a new Samsung and set it up but I am still unable to get or send pics.

Plz help. I did a full factory reset on the old phone with no results even though the old phone used to get pics fine with texts. Also group chats do not seem to be working.

You need to look up the APN settings for your carrier. Look up instructions to adding custom APN settings and your carriers settings for APN

I can't seem to send anything to my girlfriend but I can send stuff to everyone else
