Ok!! First , make sure MOBILE DATA is ON. Then, go to: SETTINGS (main system settings menu) :right_arrow_curving_down: CONNECTIONS :right_arrow_curving_down: MOBILE NETWORKS :right_arrow_curving_down: ACCESS POINT NAMES :right_arrow_curving_down: T-Mobile UK (or US-LTE or whatever it says in your region) :right_arrow_curving_down: Post a screenshot of what this screen looks like. There should be a web-like address in the MMSC field. Sometimes these get inadvertently deleted or modified while in pockets, in kids hands, etc. It will be faster to correct what's wrong than it will be to instruct step by step here.
