Cannot access SD card and USB Tethering

So , after updating the system a few days ago on my S20 Ultra , i now discovered that I can not access anything on my SD card. I tried USB tethering by a cable connecting to my PC and notice its not working either  . I access the Connection setting , and it appears like this Screenshot below ( no USB devices cennected ) , although the phone is said as charging by the cable.

Here's things i tried but not work :

_ Tried 3 cables ( Usb to usb C ) , meaning the cable is not the problem.

_ Restart , Power off / on multiple times.

_ Take the Sd card out and insert again.

Please fix the issue.

Did you check default USB settings in developer options? Can you access SD card from My Files or storage setting on the phone itself? Others have reported storage issues but not sure what has been since there is not new update yet.

usb tethering is hot spot connection using cable.

can you try this?

setting - about - software info - tap build number 7 times to turn on developer option

go back 2 times, at the bottom, there is new option, developer options

scroll down and find 'Default USB configuration'

click transgerring file.

then try reconnect to your pc again
