Cannot set full resolution video wallpapers after One UI 3 update

After the One UI 3 update i am unable to set full resolution video wallpapers, instead I'm required to convert the videos to 1920x1080 to be able to apply them as wallpapers. Videos which are 3200x1440, which is the exact resolution of the S20 Ultra, also can't be set as wallpapers without conversion, which causes loss in quality and looks horrible. How do i set full resolution videos as wallpapers or at least the 1440p wallpapers which the phone supported prior to this update.

how do you set 3200x1440 resolution?

i only see:
rear cam

3840x2160 60fps

3840x2160 30fps

1920x1080 60fps

1920x1080 30fps

or i dont see 3200x1440 in front cam setting

im not talking about the camera, im talking about video wallpapers

i thought u meant recorded video at that resolution and tried to set it as wall paper.

i think that is a new concept by samsung, since it gives me a message that it needs to be reduced. probably to lower RAM consumption?? idk

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.

Hey man, I had the same problem and the only thing that helped me was changing the resolution from 1080p to 720p. You can do it easily in any video editing app I think. But to really help you, I can share the software I used once. It's called movavi and it is an all-in-one video maker, which is perfect even for professional videographers and photographers.
