Cant connect to car Bluetooth

My s20 finds my car Bluetooth i key in the pin number but phone doesn't connect, I've tried in airplane mode , turned Bluetooth on and off , deleated all other devices from car  and phone  etc still no connection

How familiar are you with Developers Mode??
