Change text color of contact info on home screen

I am unable to find option to turn below contact info text white:

I believe it's because the Wallpaper... because the Text is adaptive to Wallpaper you use... try to use different wallpaper..

It stays black no matter which wallpaper.

you have to go to lock screen options and change "reverse text contrast"
