Galaxy S20I have a Samsung S20FE5G, with Andriod 3, and OneUI 5.1. In this instance, I created a new folder, then I logged into Chrome on my computer, and noticed the folder didn't sync.
On each device, I cleared the cache, history, disabled sync, logged out, powered down, etc. I see the "good to go" message when it syncs, and the sync status is up to date. I went into the Google takeout, and exported a copy of the bookmarks from both the phone and computer...the bookmarks are identical, but the bookmarks aren't synchedfrom the phone, just from the computer. The user name, and email is the same, never been changed.
The phone was updated to Android 13 and OneUI 5.1 within the past month or so.
I suspect the latest Android update isn't allowing the bookmarks to synchronize.
Is there something that I am missing?
Any help or suggestions is most appreciated. Thank you.

Galaxy S20From Google Chrome on your computer, press the three dots menu at the upper right side of the interface. Then, click Setting > Sync And Google Service > Manage Sync. After that, choose Sync Everything or toggle on “Bookmarks” to make sure the bookmarks are synced with your Android phone
