Cracked Screen and no screens for replacement?

I cracked my screen and Samsung says they have NO screens for replacement......ASURION failed me and want to replace my phone with a reburbished one and charge me $200 deductible.

How can they not have replacement parts for phones they sell.

sounds like asurion is preventing you from buying another phone. call around to different shops and see if they have a replacement screen

I am experiencing the same problem with a cracked screen on the S20 Plus
