The customer service Samsung has is by far the worse I have ever dealt with in my life!! Samsung offers 0% plans but wont honor it when you order a product on the website even when you are approved. They do a bait and switch. They tell you the oder was cancelled and they dont know why but you can pay for the product with a different credit card or go to Best Buy to buy the product. Now I have a credit inquiry and Samsung credit card that I cant use. Please go buy from a differnt manufacturer.
