How do I disable Seamless Connection? When and if I turn on Wi-Fi connection at home; if I lose Wi-Fi connection (like leaving the house), it automatically turns on my data plan. There's a notification that says Seamless Connection is on or something along that line.
I don't need data connection to track wherever I am and spam me with ads. No thanks.
turn on developer options and disable "mobile data always active"
go into quick settings and toggle off "mobile data"
also, how will you use your phone when you are out without data? if you are so concerned ab privacy you need a flip phone lol. you'll still be "tracked" and "spammed with ads" being on wifi at home

I prefer to turn on / off mobile data myself when I need it vs automatically. I don't need any stores to push "sales ads" just because I walk past it at the mall - some of the stores I never / don't even shop at.
Lol .. I wish I can find a flip phone that will run on current network. Every time I asked, they told me the current sim won't work on old flip phones.
For good measure, I even turned off "Switch to better Wi-Fi networks" since it was on and it's 'Automatically switch ...' nonsense; even though it's likely just for Wi-Fi. That didn't work either.
I have no idea. I still have to manually turn off all the time; it's getting annoying.
I have tried changing browser from firefox to chrome, disable all notifications, disable video calls, etc, etc. Nothing seems to stop the annoying auto seamless connectivity.
