It has been over a month since my Galaxy S20 Ultra was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address never to be seen again. I sent in the police report samsung asked me to obtain and was told that the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days but it has been weeks. Everytime I talk to a customer service representative I am told something different and/or given false promises. I understand that this is probably not a very common situation but they are dragging their feet and not giving me any updates on the situation. I just want my refund so I can go to the Verizon store and get my phone.
