Hello! Thank you for being a part of the community!

Could you please elaborate on the symptoms you are experiencing when it crashes? Does the phone freeze, does it just close out the menu, etc. I understand you have clear cache and data in the settings, have you tried wiping the cache partition on you device? Also, have you been able to test the device while in safe mode?

Hey @usern7svXIaYvS! What cache did you wipe?

I did so for the Settings app, but it did not solve the problem. I still can't set a DND schedule.

Hey there! Give these steps a try to wipe the cache partition on your device:

Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device

Hello. I have this same problem and I tried all of these fixes but none of them has worked. Is there something else I can try?

On my brand new Galaxy A51, Do Not Disturb also crashes when you click on "Turn on as scheduled".  I have tried wiping the cache partition without any luck.

Does this issue still persist if you place your phone in safe mode?
