Dropped Calls, Not Connecting, Slow Internet -Change from 5g to 4g

Just an FYI.  If your Samsung S20 (anything) has slow internet, dropped calls, and/or not connecting, have one of the phone techs remove you from the 5g network.  I went through 2 phones and 5 technicians before finding a solution that actually worked.  According to the 'Angel' who helped me, the 3g network is the most stable, 4g is pretty stable, 5g has lots of issues.  Yep, you're paying a crapload of money for a 5g phone that is unable to function properly because of inadequate cell towers.  False advertising!

The phones should automatically switch to what ever network connection is best.

Agree with Ziltaris the phone should switch and use whatever network connection is best fitted for at that time of use.....
