Afyer updating to Android 13, the Eye comfort shield stopped working as advertised. I restarted the phone which I thought fixed the issue. The Eye comfort shield randomly stops working and the screen reverts back to normal, whilst still being turned ON. Toggling the on/off does not do anything. Neither does adjusting in the settings. This is clearly a problem with other users after the update. Please fix this.
I do have the same issue on S21 FE 5g. Sometimes during the day (outside of the scheduled hours when eye comfort shield should be on), when I turn on the dimmed display by pressing the power button and then unlock using fingerprint, the eye comfort shield is turned on. when I press the power button to dim the display and press it again, then the shield is back to normal (off).
