Galaxy S20 FE Bluetooth: questions before buying

I'm looking into buying the device for my dad as a cell and as an aid of a medical device- he need to be able to connect to to two Bluetooth devices at the same time and without breaks for his Bluetooth diabetes monitor.
I would like to know if there is any opinions on the S20 FE for Bluetooth quality and battery strength.

Bluetooth is great in mine (Snapdragon version, exenos might perform differently). I've left Bluetooth connections on for hours with little to no battery drain, and connected two devices without any issues. Battery is great, and samsung has multiple tools to optimize that.
