Galaxy S20 FE does not Screen rotate from portrait to landscape mode

The screen on my Galaxy S20 FE refuses to rotate from portrait to landscape mode. How do I correct this?

You tap the "rotation lock" button on the menu when you swipe down from the top.

You should see an icon that looks like a lock with two arrows around it, just tap it
